FLEDGELOOP
Privacy policy
Last updated October 14, 2026
Fledgeloop is a private growth-operations tool used by its owner to run marketing for their own businesses. This page explains what data Fledgeloop handles, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, sign-in times, and a secure, HTTP-only session cookie that keeps you signed in. We store only hashes of sign-in links and session tokens, a salted hash of your IP address and a short User-Agent summary for security.
- Business details you enter: business names, domains, positioning, brand voice, campaigns, content, posts and media you upload.
- Data from services you connect: only after you authorize them, and only what is listed below.
Google Search Console data
If you connect Google Search Console, Fledgeloop requests the read-only scope webmasters.readonly. It reads the list of your Search Console properties and their search performance (queries, pages, countries, devices, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and position) to show search performance and growth opportunities for your own sites. Fledgeloop never writes to Search Console.
Fledgeloop's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide these features to you; it is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train AI models, and not read by people except with your permission, for security purposes, or where the law requires. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
Other services
- Cloudflare hosts the application, database, file storage, email delivery and AI image and voice generation.
- PostHog (if connected with your API key): daily counts of the product events you choose, such as signups.
- Anthropic (Claude): business profile and content context you provide is sent to draft posts and plans. Google user data is not sent to AI models.
- ChopHub (if connected): approved posts and their media are sent to ChopHub for publishing to the social accounts you mapped; publish status and engagement metrics are read back.
- Pexels, Pixabay and Freesound: search terms are sent to find licensed stock visuals and music.
Fledgeloop sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Retention and deletion
- Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes; sessions last at most 30 days.
- Disconnecting an integration destroys its stored credential immediately. You can also revoke Fledgeloop's Google access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Deleting a workspace removes access at once and permanently deletes its data, including imported Google data, within 30 days.
- To request deletion of any data, email jtcrump32@gmail.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to signed-in members of a workspace, by role.
